sfratrick @lovelymegankate it is a great dress! Ok so the bust is 14 inches- since its backless I just did the front. Waist is 24" and length is 26". I am also a 32a and the bust fit me well- I tried it on with a thinner sticky bra and when you tie the back you can tighten it nice and snug. Also for idea of length I'm 5'3" so the pic gives an ok idea of length! Hope that's helpful!
