sluvslux @chicculture00 I opened a dispute. omg i just checked and she mailed something out to me already and added a tracking number. The package is on the way. Not sure what to make of this. I think i would have to wait and see what comes before pal can do anything.

a_la_pear @stephliu22289 @chicculture00 I had a fishy feeling about her. So told her I wanted certain pictures first and then I would pay. I should show you the conversation between us. To me, it had red flags all over it and everything off about it that I pointed out to her. She lied through her teeth. Then she said she has buyers waiting so I have to buy right away. She sent the bill and everything. But I refused to pay until I got verification that she had the actual item. I'm so glad I went with my gut. I hate scammers. I'm almost just done with buying things on posh. It's happened three times in the past month. Tsk tsk :(

sluvslux @Chicculture00 @pearbishop I had a gut feeling too, but felt rushed to buy. Pal usually always protects the buyer. I will film myself opening the package she mailed out today. I never got scammed on poshmark because and dealt with a lot of honest people. This is a first.....:(

mahalia68 When you bought that Louis Vuitton and you went through 🅿️🅿️did a juan Melendez in voice you? If so it is a scam, this person makes different listing of stolen LV pictures first he was doing newer bags and I exposed him, now he is doing older bags he erased the listings when he sells them, buys postage online and sends a tracking number but never sends anything.

mahalia68 🅿️🅿️ is on it as well, the lady assured me that they have a fraud department that looks at transactions behind the scenes and with so many claims filed and or transactions they would suspend accounts if people are found to be doing suspicious activity, since my "so called" shipped package has not been scanned to be shipped, I escalated my claim today and the seller has 10 days to respond if not on that 11th day they will refund me.

sluvslux @mahalia68 yes it was juan melendez. I opened a dispute on pal already asking them to hold the funds until the package is received. This person shipped out something already, its expected to arrive tomorrow. Im going to film myself opening the package as proof for pal.

mahalia68 Well my shipment has not been scanned at all and he/she claims it was shipped Friday. I knew it was too good to be true but, I also know to get a detailed in voice because they offer protection. I soooooo hate scammers! I'm sure his account will be frozen after while because of the scams he is running.
