SOLD - Gorgeous floral dress!

This flowery dress from Charlotte Russe is very flattering and comfortable! It's a lovely bright teal color with red flowers. It has cutouts on the shoulders and features a low back. I'm wearing a bra in the pictures, and even with the cutouts it's not visible. Only worn once!
