Brand New for a LUCKY FASHIONISTA! I bought this skirt and as usual did not try it on, unfortunately it is NOT TRUE TO SIZE this fits a 6/8 although labeled as 10. hautegirlinc @allap27 @seriousbuyer Sorry for the delay Ladies! The waist is 32" the length is 22". Please note the slight wrinkling at the bottom of the skirt (seen in pic) This is real leather & my mom says I should iron it on the inside lining on low heat, but I don't want to take the chance. Another option is to steam while showering for 15 mins.
