Pre-owned. Leather in great condition as it was very well cared for. Normal wear and tear to sock liner, sole, and heel pad. Just newly applied a coat of Frye Weatherproof Dressing and Refresher Spray (and will reapply before shipping). Recommend getting a new sock liner as it is very worn and not fully adhered. Also recommend inserting a heel pad as it is also very worn and almost non-existent. Style 77167-COG (cognac)
