simonegina @sunflower3210 waist to ankle is a smidge over 31 inches. Waist laid out flat is 13 inches. The waist is a little bit loose on me and I have a 23.5inch waist. With drawstring it fits perfect, so you can loosen or tighten it to get the right fit. When I measured the circumference of the waist, it was about 26 inches. But again, there is a drawstring.
