🚫SOLD🚫 Forever 21 Royal Blue draped dress 👗💖

This is my favorite dress but doesn't fit anymore :/ I wore this a few times and there is some discoloration on the front (pictured) but isn't very noticeable by the way the dress drapes. I am 5'6 and this dress comes to mid thigh and zips up the side.
