nikkima I'd say it's true to size. In dresses I usually wear a 2. It may fit a medium, depending on your bust. I'm a B cup and it fits just right on my chest area. So it's not too loose or tight. As for the waist, there is a strap where you can tie in the back. And for the thigh part, it's very flowy. Almost like a dress. Hope that helps!
