Beautiful and sassy vintage emerald green velvet dress. Features slight v neck with a dramatic standing collar, elastic banded waist, puff sleeves with elastic cuffs and midi length hem. Appears to be handmade or from a costume shop. No tags. Normal vintage wear. No major flaws that I noticed. Fits S-M. Model is 5’4” with 32B bust, 26” waist and 36” hip. Slightly big on model.
