This gorgeous cocktail dress features embroidered feathers in vibrant metallic threads, gold sequins, black and brown beaded belt under satin bust with turquoise gems and optional spaghetti straps. Just stunning and turned heads the one time I wore it for a wedding. The waist just under bust has been altered slightly and measures approx 13.5 inches across layers flat. Sized 0 should best fit XXS / 00. The only fitted area is the bust and just under bra area. The bust fits 32 - 34 inch.
