dcrisp511 @chloee2018 I added the picture. As far as the marks go, I’ve tried thee Clorox wipes and it didn’t come off. It’s on the patent leather trim, maybe if you brought it to a shoe repair place they can do something? I know some shoe repair places will fix and clean bags. The price is somewhat negotiable.
