karincarter I don't know if I would say I'm an avid costumer, but I have always used Chanel skin care and cosmetics, and I did purchase a jumbo flap bag recently and have been keeping an eye open for matching accessories. I was just wondering why it was priced above the retail price, that's all. Some people do that when a very popular item sells out and they have one of the last available or if for some reason they are able to get their hands on an item before it's released to the public.

karincarter I've seen very similar items when I purchased my purse a few months ago at the Chanel store here in NY, since the color is very common. That's the only reason I asked. But I suppose there's a chance that they weren't exactly the same or maybe slight differences or something. Just usually the items I see priced above retail are like rare limited addition colors; hot pink, neon, red ect. So I just wanted to know if there was something special about this one I guess.
