Gorgeous new tie-up maxi skirt of crinkled panels of white flowy material. Elasticized waist sits at natural waist or can be worn lower if you are tall. Although new, there are a couple of smudges on front (I didn’t want to wash it as it still has tags. See last pic.) NWT
