moonchild89 @nemointhemiddle hey there I appreciate it, and I figured out why it didn't apply the discount last time. It has to be over $10 and the price has to be dropped 10% below the lowest historical price. So even if you raise and lower the price back, it won't work.

moonchild89 Like if an item has never been dropped to $15 before, but the buyer, drops it to $13, then it'll apply. But if it was 13 and the buyer raised it to 15 because they changed their mind about its value, and they drop it down to 13 on discounted sales days, it still won't apply. They have to drop it down to 11 because 13 is the lowest historical price on that item. Haha I'm sorry if that was so confusing! So, I don't think it'll work for this item :/
