Black & white high waisted, pleated cheer skirt. It's a real cheer skirt but could be used for a costume or to emulate the Glitter's for Dinner and Dolls Kill look! However, it is not actually from DK or GFD. Measurements: waist: 11 inches across, length: 14 inches long. It's not super stretchy but it is athletic wear so you should be good size wise if your measurements are close. There's 2 buttons on the back for adjustments. This could fit a slender adult, a slender teen, preteen or kid!
