This is a beautiful size 8 black formal dress from the Betsy Johnson 2007 collection. It is a v-neckline with a thick black band around the waist that ties in the back. The inside layer is soft to the touch and the outside layer is a beautiful lace. The sleeves are 100% lace. The tag on the inside reads: 100% polyester combo: 100% silk. Professional dry clean only. Made in USA of Imported Fabric. This dress does not have the tags but has only been worn once for a couple hours and that is it!
