kimtee @mcruzx im not quite sure how to measure clothing. but from top to bottom it's 30 inches long. im 5'8 so it's a a couple inches below the cuff of my butt. the material is spandex at the bottom so its conforms to your shape.

bri2722 @kimtee I'm not absolutely positive but I don't think so. I've never sold via pp I've only bought things 😁 but I do know when I put in the email it asks about shipping and it's free if I'm using my bank which I always do. So I wouldn't think you had to pay anything
