nycityglam I'm a size 4 in regular dresses. But I know H&M runs extremely small...is this true to regular sizing or H&M sizing

makeupwhore I'm a 4 at H&M and this is snug on me. Part of reason is I'm a 32DD, so to me this runs small there's no stretch because of the silk and velvet material. That's where it did not fit me I needed a 6
