Handmade in Barcelona. They are beautifully simple with a hint of a rustic feel. The uppers are made of 100% sisal fiber, the ties are leather. The soles are jute with a base of flexible leather for longevity. Each shoe is interchangeable - there is no left or right. The designers of Ball Pagès learned the ancestral tradition of handwoven shoes on the island of Ibiza - and from there incorporated in their design the traditions and lifestyle of the whole Mediterranean basin where all things natural, simple, and traditional are inherent in the culture.
