New, worn once to try on. Washed once, no faded other than factory printed fade on knees. Low rise, stretch. These are NOT the super stretchy ones, they're a little stiffer. I have big thighs and rear end so they don't stay up on me very well so I would suggest they would fit someone with a smaller behind who's an 8 or maybe a 6/7.
