This advanced heating puffer vest perfect for cool days. It has a USB hook up which I assume is for recharging the heating wiring that is built in to the jacket. I do not know exactly how it works or even if it does however the vest is in like new condition. The vest is lined with reflective silver fabric to help maintain the heat.
