ktandal Hi! I’m interested in this top but wanna confirm the color...”shadow” from 2017 is more of a faded black than “storm” from 2015/16 are you sure this is shadow? I’m looking for a top to match a pair of storm mesh bottoms with foam lining. If it’s the right color I will purchase! 💕

ladyjordania @ktandal hey there! The color is def a very black black. It is not faded or muted in any way. So I guess it is storm ? I tried googling it, revolve has pictures of both colors and based off those this is def storm. I’d say the top is for sure a true black in color and the lining is a very light tan/sand color. Hope this helps!

ktandal @ladyjordania Hey there! Thanks for getting back to me 🙂 did you buy the top brand new? If so do you remember which website and roughly when? With that info I could do a little digging myself and probably determine for sure 👍🏽 sorry for the trouble it’s just that I’ve already bought and resold a top that didn’t match! I just had a baby and the original top to the bottoms I have doesn’t fit anymore:(

ladyjordania @ktandal no worries I totally get it! I bought it at an acacia sample sale brand new in the bag with tags but when you check out they cut off the tags and keep the plastic bag so you can’t resell it at a store. I’d be happy to take more pics of it for you ? Or compare it to a different black item for reference ?

ktandal @ladyjordania I think maybe what might be easier is if I take a pic of mine and post it on my page as “not available” then you can look at my pics and tell me if you think it looks the same 🤷🏼‍♀️ the lining on mine is called “foam” which is a white but not true white, kind of a grayish white. I believe shadow has clay lining which is more of a brownish white.
