RAD vintage pencil skirt- so much flair! Colorful, unique print featuring western hats, gloves, purses, tassels and chains. Faux wrap panel in front that ties at side. Elastic waistband in back only, back zip closure. Vintage size 10/12, but please see measurements to ensure correct sizing. Excellent condition, no stains or flaws.
