Each set is a pair of curtain panels & valence made as one (only one curtain rod is needed for each set.) Beautiful Aqua color, 100% polyester, machine washable. Gently used, no flaws! *As of right now, I can't find the coordinating tiebacks. In the picture, I just have the one panel tied back with a ribbon, which works just as well.
