This is such a cool piece! So cute with a pair of flare jeans or black jeans! It is super lightweight and thin so it can be worn during any season. The straw sounds itchy, but its actually really soft and comfortable. Comes to right below my belly button and I am 5'4. Fits like a S or M. Depending how fitted you want it.
