SOC Sandpiper of California Military Tactical Backpack Black Bugout Bag 3-Day

SOC All black backpack. Purchased new about 12 years ago because the all black style was the only acceptable bag while in uniform. Great condition, basically new canvas. Inside weather proofing is starting to peel, can not be seen from outside. This is a big bag, they have changed the style a bit, but I believe this is considered the 3-Day Elite bag today.
