SO High Rise Soft Short

These shorts are very cute and incredibly soft! They are a pretty burnt orange color. They have a cute tie on the front but it's just for looks. The hem on the bottom is sewn in. They were worn once by a friend but they were too big on her. Very cute and perfect for summer! Waist is 14 inches across but can stretch to 20 inches.
