New with tags, excellent condition Meant to look a little over sized (mannequin isn’t the right size for this dress, it makes it look normal sized) Measurements of dress Top of shoulders to bottom: 32in Bust 32in Waist 27in Hips 34in My mom tried on one in her true size and thought it looked big on her, so she bought this smaller size without trying it on. When she did she noticed that the arm holes felt tight. I told her the dress is supposed to look oversized, because it’s like doll shape dress. She waited too long to return it.
