This dress has been tailored to fit both in the shoulder and in the hem. It was hemmed on the bottom seam for someone 5’4” without heels in flats or someone 5ft tall in heels. So tailored length of dress is perfect for anyone 5ft to 5’4” tall. Shoulders were also brought up to accommodate a shorter neckline.
