SMOCKED PINK DRESS ,size 18 to 24 months

This beautiful, delicate , sweet looking smocked dress has only been worn for about 15 minutes to take pictures in. Its made by Carriage Boutiques and has some beautiful, delicate looking smocking on top that goes all the way around to back. I purchased at Children's Palace and noticed it was missing the 2nd button on back and they took off 20% which to be honest, you couldnt tell just by looking at it.It does come down long and has at least 2 inches of hem left if needed. Its such a sweet dress
