These are soft as butter and medium weight joggers with an adjustable rope tie waistband, pockets, and elastic at the ankles. Made out of a 70% cotton and 30% polyester material. They are the perfect and classic jogger. Rise measures in at approximately 13 1/2 inches With a 29 inch inseam and waist measures 22 inches stretched and can be adjusted down from there.
