These shorts are cut very small so I am giving very accurate measurements. I have XS and Small. The XS are wide elastic Waist with a white cord tie- not old lady elastic- 12.5" to 15" stretched and the Length is 21". 100% Cotton and lightweight . They have a short cuff. The Small are13" to 16" stretched. They are 22" in Length. Short cuff 100% cotton.
