Pair of dark blue velvet Vans that are a size 7 in women’s. These have been worn a couple of times, but never in the rain. I don’t see any visi stains but you can tell that on the black part is the shoe there’s some wear and tear. These also have a small platform. Very small. Reasonable offers welcome
