SILVERADO Sequined Long Coat Jacket Aztec Western Design size XS Runs big

Gorgeous sequined long Jacket by Silverado in Turquoise, gold and Black. Size XS but runs big. I wear a women's 8 and can wear it since it is open. Measures 30" from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. Very nice condition, I do not see any flaws.
