modamecouture @lalitebri Hi Doll, I am sorry my last pair of 28 is sold. The size 27 has a approx. 31" waist all the way around and 27.5 inseam. The size 28 has approx. 31.5 waist and 27.5 inseam. the material does have some stretch to it as well. The difference is about 1/2".
