Heather halter dress in ivory crisp color. Elastic waist. Front side slit. Halter straps tie at back of neck. New without tags but manufacturer flawed. Light blue staining across bust, hard to capture in a photo as it's so light. Coloring may differ slightly due to lighting. I try to look over items as best as I can to point out flaws.
