SHORELINE neon halter maxi dress

Amazing bright colors and beautiful pattern. Very silky and stretchy material with halter top and beaded detail on the halter portion. Size small but very flowy and stretchy (I’m usually a medium this fits well). Super fun dress for festival or summer event.
