dawnb927 @jennc808 hi, I'm not sure. I never used it at Costco as my baby wasn't small when Costco came to our town. It's pretty stretchy though. If you want I'll take it next time I go and see if it fits. I need water and tp so it should be in the next couple of days 😊

jennc808 Thank you! I really appreciate it. I had a cover over 10 years ago that was extra wide to fit Costco but that company is no longer in business. My daughter is having a baby and I’d like to get one that fits all carts.
