SHINESTY 'The Red Ryder' Women's Christmas Dress size Small/Medium

This dress is new without tags, I'm a solid Medium in tops and especially dresses and this dress runs small to me, the arms are a little tight, if you wear a small to smaller medium this would be great. I also have the mens matching pants in a 32 (they are a size 34 but also run small). This is a wrap style dress.
