I believe this to be vintage. I am not an expert in this field so will be happy to provide additional pictures and will answer questions if you want me to look specifically for where there date would be on this figure (do not see a date on it.) Normal vintage condition. You are getting what is pictured. There are a few marks from wear and storage.
