Darling mini Shelley tea cup and saucer in the blue charm pattern in pristine condition. Mint collector’s item. A rare size in this pattern (#13864). Light blue trim and bright blue flowers as shown in pictures. Cup handle has a bit of white on interior that is part of original hand paint stroke. See picture for it. It is not a flaw!
