SHEIN off the shoulders dress

A light baby blue off the shoulders mermaid dress. Super cute for a party or event. Longer in the back and shorter in the front to where feet show. Worn 1 time and in perfect condition still it is altered to my height. I am 5’2 and wore 3in heels with the dress. Size medium and I have big legs and it still fit me perfect. Price can be negotiated
