SHEIN VCAY Floral Print Cut Out Tie Neck Puff Sleeve

Rare / style no longer for sale online / discontinued Adorable mini floral dress with puff sleeves and a neck tie bow. I wore it once for a Bridgerton themed bachelorette party in 2023. It’s also perfect for an afternoon tea party, bridal shower, floral themed party, etc. I am a size 6 and this size Medium fit me great. PLEASE NOTE: I detached some of the elastic on each puff sleeve because the elastic was so tight on my upper arms. (See last two photos). It’s not noticeable when you wear the dress, and I actually think you will appreciate the alteration because as I said it was so tight before and cut off arm circulation before. Now it is more comfortable and wearable on the arms, and I was able to wear it for several hours comfortably. You could add your own petticoat if you want more volume under the skirt. I recommend not wearing a bra, but rather pasties and fashion tape to keep the busy area in place since it’s such a deep neckline. That’s what I did, and it worked great.
