SHEIN Rolled Cuff Striped dress

*brand new- no tag since I purchased it online and it did not come with tags* Please note in studio lighting this dress obviously looks a little bit lighter. It is a light blue, but I also showed you what it looks like in darker lighting so you can see. Please let me know if you were also interested in this dress in a size large. I did receive the stress in a large but it does not have the belt tie And upon further inspection has a very tiny little hole which could easily be sewn up.
