SHEIN Red Plaid Print Pleated Skirt

I bought two of these skirts on Shein and after trying one on I decided the fit wasn't right for me. Brand new, still in the bag. It has loops for a belt and a hidden zipper on the side. It is pleated and pretty thin but not see through. My waist is 26.5 inches, hips are 38 and it was just too big on my waist. The product measurements listed on Shein are- Waist: 27.2 in, Hip: 37.8 in, Length: 15.9 in.
