@jenizortman I'm so sorry! I forgot to reply. Added another picture of the hip measurement. It is 23" laying flat. Does widen out going lower because of the flowy legs but I measured what I would call the hip. Also after handling again, there IS the tiniest amount of stretch but not really worth mentioning.
