SHEIN Floral Dress 0X

This is a brand new without tags Sheehan dress, which has a Hawaiian/tropical print to it. It is a size 0X. The back color is officially black. However, some of the picture show it is blue. Sleeves flare out, high makes it a little fancier. Great for work, vacation or summer party.
