This is Brand New without Tags. I just received it in the mail, and unfortunately, this item sizes bigger. It's stated to be a 0x (12), but it definitely fits like a 14. Waist Flat is 17 inches The length from the waist is 17 inches Color is Brown with Black Flux leather pockets. This skirt looks soooo good with tall thigh-high boots.
