SHEIN Pencil Skirt Size: 4X (US 20) Color: Black Condition: Only worn a few times. Material is light and stretchy, but not sheer. Can be worn regular or high-waist for a shorter length. The elastic band moves easy but it is easy to flip it back to its original position. Pilling may occur with this fabric if proper garment care instructions are not followed, but can be removed with a lint roller/eyebrow razor.
