Brand new, never been worn (or even tried on!) with tags still on. I was definitely instagram-targeted for this :) it's a thick, lined (lined with the white underneath as shown in the pictures) dress that can really hold you in. It's perfectly appropriate and comes up about 3 inches above the knee. It would fit someone who wears a dress size 4 perfectly. I'm right between a 4/6 and didn't even bother trying it on knowing that it wouldn't fit.
